In addition to your statutory rights, our 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial is a "voluntary" policy. We trust that all returns are made in good faith. However, if Masseuse Health Co. has reason to believe that this policy has been abused or that a return is not being made in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Our 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial only applies to brand new product purchased directly from Masseuse Health Co. and excludes floor stock models.

2. We pride ourselves on the best delivery and White Glove installation available by using selected third party providers that uphold our high standard of service. We pass on any charges incurred and itemise these for you on our invoice.

If the purchase of a product is cancelled by you under the terms of this policy, and the product has already been dispatched, then you will be liable for the costs incurred. These costs will be equal to the costs for the delivery and/or installation of the product regardless of whether it has been delivered and/or installed, as the third party provider still charges for their services to pick up, transport (sometimes between depots) and return it back to our warehouse.

3. All returned products will be subject to an 8.5% restocking fee of the item's final sale price. This restocking fee includes but is not limited to the following costs:

    a) Processing of the return;
    b) Warehouse handling; and
    c) Assessment by a trained technician.

Note: This is a nominal fee as the total cost is significantly higher than the restocking fee. Return shipping of the product must be paid for by the customer.

4. If the purchase is cancelled under the terms of this policy, after a product has been delivered and/or installed in your home, then the product must be returned to the Masseuse Health Co. warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Please complete the form on this page to arrange for the return of your goods and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). We are happy to advise you on the most cost-effective way to return your product to us.

5. All refunds are limited to the actual purchase price of the product. No refund will be granted for delivery costs incurred by us and will be passed onto you.
