Warranty
For your warranty to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:
- is purchased directly from Masseuse Health Co. or
-
through a premium authorised retail partner; and
- is not valid when the product is purchased from a wholesale outlet or online hamper catalogue.
If your product:
- has a latent defect;
- is damaged during shipment to you; or
- was sent to you in error,

Warranty Information
The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us, and we stand by the superior quality of all of our products. However, even the best items can occasionally go wrong, so we have warranties in place in order to assist and rectify issues wherever possible.
At Masseuse Health Co., your peace of mind is our priority.
All of our products come with a comprehensive 2-year standard warranty, covering our full range of Ice Baths — including the Plunge, Niseko, and Aspen — as well as our Sauna collection, featuring the Everglow and ThermaPod.
For added assurance, we also offer an optional 5-year extended warranty on our Ice Baths (excluding the chillers) — giving you long-term protection and confidence in your investment.
These warranties protects you against any manufacturer defects, for the period listed above and covers:
- Reasonable wear and tear through proper usage (includes adherence to all guidance from user manuals) and
- Motorised, mechanical and electrical parts
If you live within one of our recognised metropolitan zones, you will also qualify for our exclusive at-home service! Our qualified and experienced Service Technicians, who work exclusively with our products, will assist you in the comfort of your own home. We will cover the cost of any replacement parts required to fix your product, as well as the technician’s labour.
Private Use Warranty
All warranty services outlined herein are only applicable to Masseuse Health Co. products purchased from an approved Masseuse Health Co. supplier.
The company, Masseuse Health Co. will provide warranty services against manufacturer defects for a period listed online (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied by the customer before any warranty or service claim is raised. Masseuse Health Co. staff cannot provide any confidential purchase identification to customers.
The coverage of Service Technician labour in in-home service is only applicable for Masseuse Health Co. products purchased for private use and is not covered for products purchased for commercial use. Commercial customers within recognised metropolitan zones have access to the same on-site service from Masseuse Health Co. expert Service Technicians but will need to cover the cost of labour.
Customers located outside the boundaries of the company’s recognised metropolitan zones, will be covered for replacement parts. This includes motorised, mechanical and electrical parts as well as reasonable fabric wear and tear incurred through correct usage.
As the Company’s network of Service Technicians is ever-expanding, please feel free to contact Customer Service for clarification on the current warranty service available in your area.
Warranty services will not cover any damage caused from improper use or setup of the product, incorrect electrical supply, power surges, acts of nature including but not limited to floods or fire, or accidents that result in damage of the product. Masseuse Health Co. provides instructional manuals as well as video resources where possible to ensure customers assemble and use their products appropriately.
In case of damage to your product not covered by our warranty, we suggest you specify your Masseuse Health Co. product in your home and contents insurance policy.
