The entire experience from purchase to delivery was great. The delivery team were excellent and they placed the ice
bath in the location and then getting it operational was really easy. Overall the use and maintenance of the ice bath has
been extremely positive.

I absolutely love my Niseko ice bath. It’s become so much more than something physical, it gives me an incredible
mental reset. I feel happier, healthier, stronger and pain free. Most importantly, it’s made a real difference to my
emotional healing through some very deep grief. The cold brings me completely into the moment, just breathing, feeling
and finding my strength again. For me, it’s become a little ritual of healing and resilience. I would highly recommend this

Really easy to set up and use. There were some issues initially with my order, however, the customer service was
amazing, and the staff sorted it out very quickly. After using it, it has really helped with my recovery, and is very
convenient to use at home.

The Thermapod is amazing and so easy to use. You can’t beat it for the price.

Great customer service. Ice bath has been awesome, I’ve been using it every morning. It does require regular
maintenance cleaning. I do a few extra things to keep the water cleaner for longer using additives, cleaners etc. The
chiller works well with regular use. It shows an error code after cleaning out the filter and then requires a manual pump
to get the hoses running again but after a bit of troubleshooting and help from staff, it works fine. Very good for after
running when the legs are tired. Would recommend for athletes. Longer bath is great for people above 6 foot, more
comfortable.

Really happy with the Plunge Ice Bath. It’s well built, easy to use and keeps the water nice and cold. I use mine regularly
and would definitely recommend it.

Great product, at first i thought it would be overwhelming to install, and maintain the ice bath when needing to change
filters etc. But Masseuse send you pdf’s and videos to help answer those questions. Product very high-end with a nice
