2 Year Extended Commercial Warranty

All warranty services outlined herein are only applicable to specific Masseuse Health Co. products purchased from an approved Masseuse Health Co. supplier.

The company, Masseuse Health Co., will provide warranty services on specific products against manufacturer defects for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied by the customer before any warranty or service claim is raised.

Masseuse Health Co. staff cannot provide any confidential purchase identification to customers.

Masseuse Health Co. also offers an industry-leading 2-Year Extended Warranty for only $495. This increases the original commercial warranty by an additional 1 year.

Commercial customers within recognised metropolitan zones have access to on-site service from Masseuse Health Co.’s expert service technicians. Customers located outside the boundaries of the company’s recognised metropolitan zones will be covered for replacement parts. This includes motorised, mechanical, and electrical parts.

Warranty services will not cover any damage caused by improper use or setup of the product, incorrect electrical supply, power surges, acts of nature, including but not limited to floods or fire, or accidents that result in damage to the product.
