At Masseuse Health Co., we pride ourselves on providing a smooth, premium delivery experience — from checkout to setup.

We ship to all locations across Australia. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your region, but most metro areas receive their products within 2–3 business days.

For our Niseko and Aspen Ice Baths, we offer a White Glove Delivery option in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

This premium service includes:

• Delivery, unpacking, product placement; and
• Packaging removal and clean-up.

For areas outside our metropolitan zones (including NT, TAS, and rural areas), we’ll do our best to provide this service for $495, subject to availability. If we can’t offer White Glove Delivery in your location, we’ll arrange door-to-door courier, Room of Choice Delivery, or depot collection.

Available for most metro areas. To ensure a seamless experience, our delivery team will place your new ice bath or sauna in your room of choice. We will simply confirm the dimensions of your hallways and doorways prior to arrival to ensure a smooth delivery.

All other deliveries are handled by our trusted partners such as AusPost, ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your product has been received and assessed.

If the item shows signs of misuse, damage, or is not in ‘as-new’ condition, your refund or exchange may be refused.

All ice baths and saunas must be returned to our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse. Our team is happy to assist you with the most cost-effective return method — simply contact us to arrange your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Masseuse Health Co. reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if the terms are not met or if the policy is misused. These conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
