For our larger wellness products such as ice baths and saunas, we offer a White Glove Delivery option in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

This premium service includes:

• Delivery, unpacking, and product placement
• Packaging removal and clean-up
• Coordination directly with you for a convenient delivery time

For areas outside our metropolitan zones (including NT, TAS, and rural areas), we’ll do our best to provide this service for $495, subject to availability. If we can’t offer White Glove delivery in your location, we’ll arrange a door-to-door courier or depot collection.

All other deliveries are handled by our trusted partners such as StarTrack, ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 40 days — provided it’s in as-new condition and you’ve complied with our return terms below.

Please note:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Melbourne warehouse.
• All returns incur an 8.5% restocking fee to cover processing, handling, and technician assessment.
• Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your product has been received and assessed.

If the item shows signs of misuse, damage, or is not in ‘as-new’ condition, your refund or exchange may be refused.
