How hot does the Glow+ Indoor Infrared Sauna get?

The Glow+ has an adjustable temperature range from 30°C to 70°C, so you can choose a lighter session or a deeper sweat depending on how your body feels that day.

How long should I use the Glow+ Indoor Infrared Sauna for?

If you’re new to infrared sauna sessions, try starting with 15–20 minutes at a moderate temperature and build up gradually.

For experienced sauna users, the recommended red light therapy session duration is 20–30 minutes.

Can I use red light therapy during sauna sessions, and do I need eye protection?

Yes and yes. The built-in red light therapy panel can be used during your sauna session, adding skin, recovery and energy-focused red light support to your infrared therapy.

Eye protection is required for a safe red light therapy experience. Always relax with your eyes directed away from the light.

Can children use the Glow+ Indoor Infrared Sauna?

Children must only use the Glow+ under the direct care and supervision of an adult.

Can the Glow+ Indoor Infrared Sauna be used outdoors?

No. The Glow+ is designed for indoor use only and should always be placed on a stable, level surface.

What sizes and weights are available?

The Glow+ is available in 1-person and 2-person sizes, so you can choose a solo wellness setup or a little more room to share.

The 1P sauna measures 90 × 90 × 190 cm and weighs 91 kg, while the 2P sauna measures 120 × 90 × 190 cm and weighs 103 kg.

What are the power requirements?

The 1P sauna requires 230 V, 50 Hz and 7.2 A.

The 2P sauna requires 230 V, 50 Hz and 8.55 A.

Always use the supplied power cable and do not substitute it with an unapproved cord.

How do I care for my Glow+ Indoor Infrared Sauna after use?

After each session, unplug the sauna, open the door to release heat and moisture, and allow the cabin to dry.

Place a towel on the bench before use to help protect the wood finish, and keep the sauna in a dry indoor environment.
