Is EverGlow a medical device?

No. EverGlow is designed to support general wellbeing, recovery and self-care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Please speak with your healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take photosensitising medication, or are unsure whether red light therapy is suitable for you.

How should I use the EverGlow Red Light Panel?

For a higher-intensity session, position yourself 15–30 cm from the panel. For a gentler maintenance session, you can stand up to 90 cm away.

Sessions usually range from 2–15 minutes, depending on your distance and treatment goal. Start with 2–4 sessions per week, then continue several times per week for ongoing maintenance.

Do I need to wear eye goggles?

Yes, protective eyewear is recommended during sessions. Near-infrared light is invisible, but it can still stimulate ocular tissue, so eye goggles help keep each session safer and more comfortable.

What’s the difference between the wavelengths?

Each wavelength reaches a different depth and supports different cellular processes. Shorter wavelengths are generally used for more surface-level support, while longer red and near-infrared wavelengths reach deeper areas such as muscles and joints.

Can I control each wavelength separately?

Yes. Each wavelength can be independently adjusted from 0–100% via the touchscreen or compatible app, so you can tailor each session to your routine. To download the app, search “RLTsystemsPro” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

What does pulse mode do?

Pulse mode lets you adjust near-infrared frequencies from 0–9999Hz. This gives you more control over how near-infrared light is delivered during your session.

Is EverGlow low EMF?

Yes. EverGlow is designed for low-EMF operation, so you can use it regularly with confidence. Always follow the usage instructions provided with your panel.

How long do the LEDs last?

The LEDs are designed to last up to 50,000 hours. At 20 minutes per day, that equates to more than 68 years of use.
