Niseko Ice Bath

From ordering my Niseko ice bath to delivery has been nothing short of amazing. the overall quality of the ice bath is great. From the stainless
steel material to the wooden detailing. I am so so happy and grateful to have an incredible product from the comfy of my own home. The chiller has
never let me down. I get up early for work and having the ability to pre set my ice bath so it starts cooling down before I get in there is incredible!!
It’s easy to clean, simple to drain and refill. If you have been wanting to get one I honestly wouldn’t look any further. Masseuse Health co have got
this product spot on. Customer service has been great too. Thank you very much for an amazing product!

The entire experience from purchase to delivery was great. The delivery team were excellent and they placed the ice
bath in the location and then getting it operational was really easy. Overall the use and maintenance of the ice bath has
been extremely positive.

I have had the Niseko Ice Bath from Masseuse Health since early November and it has been a fantastic addition to my health and wellbeing
routine. Masseuse health have been fantastic from the time of purchase through to delivery as well as routine follow ups to make sure everything
is ok. The ice bath has worked flawlessly and gets use daily by my wife and I. I had been doing cold showers for about 12 months prior to getting
the ice bath and wasn’t if it would get used but I must say that I love it. The quality of the ice bath is excellent. I had the “white glove” service as
part of the package but given I live in the country this was going to delay the delivery so I opted to assemble the ice bath myself. The instructions
were very good and it was a very simple process. The only suggestion I will give is to make sure you get the right size bath. I am 175cm and 80kg
and mine is just the right size for me. I had a mate try it out and he is 185cm and 95kg and he struggled to fit in. All is all a great product from a
great company. Highly recommended.

Such a great product! Love the durability of the bath being able to go hot and cold! Filter makes life so much easier as you don’t need to refill the
bath every use. Stays cleaner for way longer. Highly recommend.

Beautifully made ice bath and accessories, and cooler is great quality. Holds temperature well while not running and cools rapidly. Easy to change
filters and water when required. Company are amazing to deal with.

Great product , ive had the ice bath for about 1 month. set up was really Easy Took around 7hrs to chill water down from 24 deg to 10 on initial set
up . Ice bath is as expected , good quality and works very well. Maintains temp between 13 to 10 deg when chiller scheduled to come on for 2hrs
every 12hrs. Customer service has been faultless

Love our ice bath + sauna set up. Aesthetically, they are beautiful and create such an amazing zen health space in our home. Functionally they
are outstanding and of great quality materials - we use our combo daily and feel incredible. Every interaction with sales & service has been

Such fantastic 6 star service from Masseuse from Nic in sales to Jordan in customer service after a small hiccup in getting the unit through my
door they sent 4 people to ensure it got yo backyard & unit is excellent. I have been in retail management for over 40 years & cannot fault the

I brought the Niseko Ice Bath to compliment my barrel sauna and swim spa so it was all about the aesthetics as shown in the photos. There was
an issue with delivery and then an item was not delivered which was so disappointing and I was informed the item was no longer available. The
delivery issue was resolved the following day. However in regard to the item that was no longer available, the team from masseuse Health went
about sourcing the item for me. Cassie and Charlotte from customer service were fantastic and the items was eventually received. So buy with
confidence with the knowledge that this company has fantastic customer service and will resolve issues. The biggest thankyou.
