1 Year Extended Warranty (0.3HP Chiller)

The Niseko Ice Bath by Masseuse Health Co. has exceeded all my expectations. The build quality is amazing — thick, durable, and made to last. It holds the cold well and is super easy to set up and drain. What I also love is how aesthetic and sleek it looks! It actually adds to my space rather than being an eyesore like some other tubs. It’s become a key part of my recovery routine, helping with sore muscles, inflammation, and mental clarity.
Highly recommend if you want a reliable and good-looking ice bath that delivers results.

Tried the Niseko Ice Tub and it was epic. Easy to set up, stays cold for ages, and looks great too. It’s been a game changer for recovery after long runs. Sturdy build, good size — and the chiller keeps the temp consistent without any dramas. Highly recommend if you’re into performance or just want to feel fresh!

The most amazing ice bath provided by a wonderful small business that has exceeded all expectations from start to finish! Ordering was a breeze, delivery was fast & they even organised for it to be set up! The ice bath itself is amazing quality (we chose Luxe) & we couldn't be more happier!

Very helpful and was able to answer all questions. Great product.

First class experience from order to delivery. Informative, consultative, and professional.

Could not be more happier with ice bath, great quality and unbelievable service

Staff very helpful and informative. The whole process of buying, delivering and then running ice bath went perfectly well. Love my Ice bath and highly recommend.

I purchased the Niseko Luxe ice bath. Product is awesome and customer service excellent I would recommend anytime.

From the moment I ordered my ice bath the team kept me informed about delivery. It was a little late but their updates made me confident things were happening. I have had the ice bath cranked down to 6degrees now for 4-5 weeks and enjoying the daily dip. I can almost say I’m addicted. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with this company which is unusual.

I recently purchased the Red Cedar Lux model from Masseuse Health Co’s Niseko Ice Bath range, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I placed my order, the experience was seamless – delivery was incredibly fast, arriving within just 2 days of payment. After a disappointing experience with another brand (Odin), where I lost a 50% deposit due to their liquidation, I was understandably cautious. But the team at Masseuse Health Co completely restored my confidence. Their customer service was second to none – responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

The bath itself is stunning. The red cedar wood is beautifully crafted and gives a premium, spa-like feel. The setup looks fantastic in my space, and the included wooden step and cover for the bath are thoughtful touches that enhance both function and aesthetics.

One of the standout features is the smart chiller control – being able to turn it on remotely via the app is a game-changer for convenience and daily use.

If you're looking for a high-quality, reliable ice bath with top-tier service, I highly recommend the Niseko Ice Bath from Masseuse Health Co. It’s been a fantastic investment in my recovery and wellness routine.
