The infrared model heats up to 65 °C, with full-spectrum infrared panels and red light therapy. 

The traditional (steam) model reaches up to 80 °C and behaves like a classic sauna. An infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat your body directly at lower temperatures, while a traditional (steam or heat) sauna heats the air around you to warm your body indirectly through high heat and humidity. The infrared saunas are easier to tolerate long term due to the dryer heat which helps with muscle, joint pain and stress.

It’s designed for relatively easy setup, but you may want a professional for electrical hookup or ensuring it’s level, safe, and properly ventilated. The Everglow sauna comes flat packed with instructions.

You can choose Canadian red cedar or hemlock wood. 

Cedar has natural oils and resistance to decay and moisture, making it a strong choice in humid or harsh climates.

The touchscreen panel offers control of temperature, light, and settings. Built-in Bluetooth / premium speakers let you play audio. 

It is best to use the Everglow after each workout because it increases blood flow, helping muscles recover faster while reducing soreness and tension. It also promotes relaxation by lowering cortisol levels and supporting long-term performance adaptation.
